“I am a self taught painter and have lived in USA for about 20 years. Born in China, I was growing in a traditional family . In 5 years old, I used chalk to draw on the ground and even used pencils to draw on the walls at home. My parents reprimanded me at first, but he added a few words of approval after seeing my created works. From then he find my talent in art and encourage me to pursue art career. Unfortunately in the later on I never had the opportunity to study art further. For many years I worked in a foreign trade company. Through self-study English for about 5 years in my spared time, I obtained a diploma in “ English Literature” issued by Shandong University in 1989, and also obtained the Diploma in international trade issued by Shandong Foreign Trade College. During that time, I opened my mind , established myself confidence. From the year I retired, he started the creation painting in figures and portraits. At this stage, I have been painting many female characters. To pay great attention to details & highlights the subject; emphasize the pure and bright colors, distinct layers of tones and natural and graceful shapes and lines. I recognize that the characters in these pictures are presented in the way of watercolor painting, which is really suitable. Elegant colors, rich tones and delicate lines form a beautiful fusion and matching. I hope a good work of art must be a precise interpretation of beauty that meets the wishes of the publics.”
