Mónica Ochoa Montes Born on November 3, 1987

An architect by profession, Mónica Ochoa Montes has always held a deep interest in art. She explores the plasticity of textures, where lines speak for themselves, creating emotions and imparting a sense of peace. Her work features the repetition of regular lines with irregular volume, creating rhythms that are interrupted by changes in dimensions, breaking patterns and generating pieces that create a pause in space. These silences, with volume, give texture, where light plays a crucial role, creating irregular shadows that add depth to the pieces.
