Self taught artist working with the energy of colors and textures, influenced by my connection with the spirit world and my life with huskies. I join these worlds together and create a magical story on the canvas that takes the viewer on a spiritual journey through the artistic story and the inspirational messages that come through each painting. Daughter of immigrant parents, raised in the UK, later moving to the USA. Art was my escape from some of my family’s struggles as we emerged from the challenges that my post WWII refugee parents faced as they tried to create a new life. I painted murals, tall murals on buildings, on large pieces of wood. I painted signs, furniture.. almost anything! It was during this time, while also working with my team of huskies, that I had a spiritual awakening which came through a physical challenge. This experience changed my life and merged spirit with art and huskies.
