Carlos Martinez

Carlos is a visual artist and photographer, born in Palmita, Colombia. His first approaches to photography were in adolescence when he occasionally alternated his high school studies and helped a city photographer in some social events. After developing a deeper interest he bought his first canon analog camera and began taking portraits of friends and family. Years later, his friend, a Swiss photographer, gave him a digital reflex camera and at that moment he became fascinated with light and later pursued a degree in Visual Arts. His style is fine art photography and editorial portraiture.
