Artist Biography:

Berina Kokona, born on April 6, 1978, in Tirana, Albania, is a painter, costume designer. She began her studies at the Academy of Fine Arts in Tirana in 1999 and further refined her skills in Italy at IED Milan, specializing in Photography of The Spectacle In 2014, Berina became an Associate Professor.She is currently Professor at the University of Arts of Tirana Berina has contributed to numerous projects across various mediums Her work spans theatre, film, and art exhibitions, with contributions to national theaters and renowned art galleries. Most notably Costumes for the Film “Gjirokastra” Yuri Arabov,Alexander Sokurov She recently won the Critics' First Prize during the Exhibition of Artemida Art Week in Milan. Her extensive portfolio demonstrates a deep commitment to the arts and a mastery of visual storytelling.
