After I got cancer, I was confronted with the fact that I am no longer who I was before the sickness. That I couldn't do what I used to do. I went looking for myself again. In that search, I found my visual language. Are you looking for me? Look at my art. You will find my laughter and my tears, my strength and my weaknesses, my greatest fears and my deepest desires. Belinda Salden gives a glimpse of the world behind her eyes. By accepting what's in her head and bringing it out, arose her visual language. As a draftsman, her pen is an extra limb.

But when the colors call her, she grabs acrylic paint. Surrealism is Belinda's world.
