Alexandra Ghimisi
Artist Biography:
Alexandra, a Romanian-born artist, began her artistic journey in 2016 when she relocated to the UK to pursue her passion for art. Currently based in Nottinghamshire, she holds a BA degree and plays a pivotal role as an Art Tutor with Inspire Culture, where she teaches painting techniques to adult learners. As a Fellow of the Nottingham Society of Artists and a member of the National Acrylic Painters' Association, Alexandra actively contributes to the local art scene.
With a commitment to continuously creating and exhibiting, Alexandra aims to inspire others by showcasing the transformative power of dedication and passion. Her artistic focus spans contemporary landscapes and abstract compositions, where she celebrates light through rich, vibrant colors and a distinctive visual language marked by fresh and direct brush marks.
